Our Process
At Casa Della Calma, we like to keep things simple.
Here is our step-by-step process of how we stage your property;
1. Consultation - We'll meet with you at your property to discuss how we can help. We'll discuss budgets, timings & other criteria.
2. Proposal - We'll draw up a proposal, complete with mood boards, our contract and any agreed specifications.
3. Design & Procurement - Sourcing & Purchasing FF&E.
4. Site Installation - FF&E to be delivered to the site and installed.
5. Warranties & Handover - All receipts, warranties etc. to be handed over and final project signed off.
6. Wrap Up - Final check over and handover to Estate Agent for photos and to be be launched to market.
